    223 Brass length question

How important is it to have them all the same length (brass)? I get 1.750 or under. Shortest is 1.741. Should I trim them all to 1.740 or shoot load them the way they are? Using 50gr Z-max if this matters. Shooting 50 yards with these. Thanks for the help.

Consistency is always important in reloading. That being said, having some brass that measures a bit shorter isn't a issue as long as it meets the minimum specs. I trim mine all a tad under 1.750, (1.745) so I don't have to trim as often.

Perfect. Appreciate your help Cody. Shortest is 1.740. Sammi say 1.730 is the shortest.
